I am not yet in DrFloras program because I'm still trying to regulate my BM with the Bowel Regulator. I noticed that a lot of DrFloras users do not use it. Actually, I don't really have a problem with my BM... well, I used to but it's kinda OK now, although there are still days when I feel constipated (and hence, bloated).
Long story short, I decided to use the Bowel Regulator. I'm sure it will work because it contains Psyllium Husk. I know people who take psyllium, so I just know.
Until such time comes when I have BM regularly (ie. everyday), then I can start with the colon cleanse & colon support.
Any other inputs about DrFloras Bowel Regulator?

If I decide to undergo DrFloras Ultimate Cleanse, how will I know if I need to take the Bowel Regulator?

I also debated whether or not I should take the Bowel Regulator before the program, but since I have no bowel problems exactly (that is, I have a regular BM), I started with the program right away.

"I asked my doctor about it - that is to say that any supplement I take, I consult my doctor.
Anyway, to answer your question, your bowel is normal if it doesn't smell bad, is S shaped and should not be bouyant.
HTH. Good luck! "

Ten days, although I had a few lapses. I can feel its effect. About 20 years of toxins in my excretory tract have been unloaded And the rest, just leave it on me, you might not want to read it

Really? I didn't take this supplement before, but if I ever decide to do DrFloras Ultimate Cleanse again, I'll surely start with the Bowel Regulator.

In addition: You should have at least 1 BM per day, right?

princess25 - 27 May 2009 10:08 PM should not be bouyant
Really?
I read that it should float and not sink. The other way around.

@lisa_zee - Interesting debate going on huh? LOL! talk about sh!t and bouyancy... and this led me to reading more about it.
Some say that it should float because the minerals were absorbed by the body, hence, not excreted from the body. Others say that it should sink because of fiber.
And surprisingly, it doesn't really matter whether it sinks or floats. LOL!
We can finally put this debate to rest.

That is correct. If you are not experiencing at least one BM per day then you should take the bowel regulator.

It really doesn't matter so long as it expels from your body. Just to mention, I was a floater

OK, I stand corrected. It doesn't really matter, as long as you do it regularly (at least once per day).
Thanks for the clarification.
