Hello there!

I hope someone can help me here. I bought the Ultimate Cleanse, although I'm not taking the probiotics as of yet. I want to start taking it after the 30-day program, although right now, I'm thinking if I really need it.

What do you think? Will I be overcleansing? I know it sounds funny, but the Ultimate Cleanse itself takes 30 days.

^LOL at overcleansing. It's like saying DrFloras overdose lol

Sorry about that, besides I don't know the answer to your question! smile

But as far as I'm concerned, I'm taking the probiotics together with Colon Cleanse and Cleanse Support. I feel very well, I don't think there's anything wrong about it.

DrFloras is also selling it individually (I mean, not as a component of Ultimate Cleanse - http://www.drfloras.com/probiotics.php), so I might need to order probiotics as daily supplement, although my friend who did colon cleansing before told me to just buy yogurt because they contain the same active ingredients.

So hmmmm... What do you think?

That sure makes sense, but if you think about it, yogurt is a byproduct of milk... therefore, if you're lactose intolerant, screw it :D

Is there anything wrong with it? I'm thinking, if we eat yogurt everyday, it's not harmful. Yogurt also contains probiotics.

So I'm taking DrFloras Probiotics everyday, it's part of the Ultimate Kit, even if I'm not yet taking the Colon Cleanse and Colon Support. At the moment, I'll be using the one included in the package, but once it's fully consumed, I'll probably cross the bridge when I get there. Oh well, my sisters have also ordered the kit because of me (I want to get the discount if I buy 3 hahaha). They haven't started with the program either, so if they're not going to use it, I will. LOL! I don't really like yogurt, it makes me sick and wanna run to the toilet every now and then (I'm not kiddin!).

OK, I'm not talking sense anymore here, just thinking out loud. rof

I just finished taking the Parasite Defense. I decided to take DrFloras Probiotics as part of my daily supplement.

I am also taking probiotics as daily supplement (not the DrFloras brand) to boost my immune system.

The thing about yogurt is, it's packed with calories. Fat-free yogurt contains High Fructose Corn Syrup - according to what I've read, it's a major cause of obesity in the US.

I won't promote anything, OK? I went to the grocery store and started reading labels. There's this brand that contains 10 types of good bacteria - more than what DrFloras contain.

Yeah, I've read about this too. And like you, I'm not trying to advertise, but I'm doing well with DrFloras probiotics.

Yup! My plan is to order DrFloras Mini Cleanse, then I'll take it together with my probiotic supplement (I bought it in Thailand).

...which reminds me, I need to order probiotics from DrFloras. I'll also give some to my friend, she's using another brand but she wants to try to. Personally, I don't think it matters where you buy it from, I'm just comfortable with this brand because I've used it previously.
