Here's another question (it's a new topic worth starting)

To those who used, did you see that super gross/yuckie (whatever) stuff? yuck

Does it really look like the one in the http://www.drfloras.com/ ?

You said it! It looked “unique”! LOL!
I didn’t analyze it very well, it looks really unpleasant! (Although I would have loved to share my experience, I just can’t stare at the poop!)

As far as I'm concerned, it happened on the 7th day. It's too unpleasant to look at, although it isn't as bad as the one in http://www.drfloras.com/.

It's not that long and big, although I didn't get a ruler to measure the length and diameter, haha! banana

I'm just curious, how did that stuff become a big deal anyway? It only happened to me once, and not a big one at that, but I am still reaping the same benefits of colon cleansing.

Think of it this way: towards the end of DrFloras ultimate cleanse programme, you feel that there are 2 dozens of 9-inch nails unloaded from your colon. Who will not feel good about that? wink

So I went to visit the site. The images are too much for me to handle LOL!

Now I wonder - will colon cleansing with DrFloras be as effective if the colon cleanse product is used on its own? Do you get the same results when you don't use the complementary products?

In my opinion, it's best to use the supplementary products. As far as I'm concerned, I used prebiotics and cleanse support.

Re: cleanse support. Colon cleanse itself is good enough, but just so I optimize the effect of the cleansing, I used the cleanse support that comes with the Ultimate Cleanse kit that I bought. I don't think I will feel any better if it were not for this.

Re: prebiotics. Colon cleansing will inevitably cause the bad bacteria to be flushed out of your system, so it's best to replace it with good bacteria.

Oops.... I missed this one! Do you think I need DrFloras bowel regulator? My BM is pretty regular... I want to do cleansing to detoxify. What do you think?

^No need.

Anyway, going back on topic, I will have to wait and see if I get this ugly stuff. I'm on day 2, no relevant change.

This is one thing that I'm scared of. Let's just say that I don't want to see anything strange in the toilet bowl. Does it really happen 100% of the time?
