Yes, I agree on you. We must have necessary health precautions to avoid asthma. We have to put some face mask when going outside to prevent inhaling smoke coming out of cars and trucks.

Pollution is the number one cause of asthma. If we limit the pollution, we could also avoid getting asthma or allergies.

I think we need to wear nose mask to prevent getting allergies that causes asthma. Swimming is also considered a good therapy for asthma.

Meds are the treatment in fighting asthma. If a patient has severe case of asthma, they are required to take steroids.
