There's been so much hype about face exercises to enhance the face and facial features.
Does this really work? What about for anti aging, does it help you look younger also?

Face exercises really do work.
If you think of your body and all the ways you can build muscle and practically manipulate any part of your body,it's easy to see how you can do the same for your face.
Areas that get enhanced include:
Jawline area
Double chin
Under-eye bags
Cheekbones
Neck area
The results are usually very fast and within a week you can see some. The areas that usually get developed mostly are the double chin area and jawline area.
With face exercises I've managed to get rid of my double chin and build and define my jawline a bit.
They're great for anti aging also since under eye exercises help get rid of bags under the eyes.
Anyone else here has tried face exercises and gotten results?

I've been doing exercises for the face now for 2 years. At the beginning I had a double chin which I hated!
Thanks to double chin exercises I receded my double chin and my neck and jawline area is much more developed.Highly recommended

I've heard a lot about facial exercises but never really tried them. These posts are motivational for me to try them. I will definitely look into this.

I've done a series of facial exercises to enhance my cheekbone area. While the results were not spectacular, I will say that they do work, definitely. It is noteworthy to mention. If it weren't I wouldn't mention it, so try them, they are definitely worth a try and are effective just as body building is.
Now looking younger? I'd say yeh also, since you can greatly reduce undereye bags with these exercises.

I am very interested in facial exercises. Honestly, I don't know any facial exercise. I have the same problem with your guys, the double chin and I hate it. Can someone tell me how to do those exercises so I can try it and experience it myself?

Yes, I have seen that. My question is does this cause face muscle stress?

Yes, it can. Muscle can be stressed if overused during exercised. The face has muscle tissue so better to make it trice a week for facial exercise.
