do you notice that older people tend to have less sleeping hours? is this healthy? or should they sleep more?

Yes I have notice it. My grandmother when she was still alive she will sleep around 11pm and will rise up around 5am. But she is not sleepy anymore. I think once you gorw old your sleep hours ialso decreases.

I think their body requires less and less sleep. Unlike infants who require a lot of sleep.

My grandfather always does exercises like walking and stretching and keeps him active all day.
