CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.
Both of them running and walking. You can combine them you can run afterwards when you are tired try to walk so it will still stimulate your body from the work out.
That’s the best exercise for your hip and thighs. If your gym doesn’t have it, try to do squats and leg raiser. This will still keep the muscles toned.
Yes, that’s a good cardio exercise. My gym is located on the 4th floor of a building. When I’m going to the gym, I always run on the stairs as my cardio exercise and pump up my body before lifting weights.
If you can't get into the gym, sprinting is good for cardio. Run as fast as you can (after waming up of course) then slow down to whatever pace you need to. Once you recover, sprint again, etc. It'll help your body to be more ready for the unknown. You can do the same on the treadmill, ellyptical or bike. A spin class really burns the fat and tones your legs and hips, not to mention what it does for cardio.
Makes sure you do squats and lunges. Vary them up to work different parts of your legs, butt. Lunges are my nemesis, but they work. Just make sure your kness don't go past your ankles to keep the stress to your knees to a minimum. I feel the muscles work from my butt and hips to just above my knees. I need to do them more to really tone up my legs more.
I love yoga. It's a good way to tone the body overall. You might lose some weight with power yoga, but I think it's better to combine yoga with weight resistance and some cardio. That way you get the best of all three.
Yoga sure does help those of us feeling the old age. Keeps us flexible and releases some of the tension we tend to hold in our muscles and tissues when we're under stress.
To reduce the fat on your hips and thighs, i recommend taking up spinning classes. Cycling tones and eliminates any fat that builds giving you nice long, sexy legs. Also, just watching your diet enables you to feel no fat anyway, if i am being honest
