Hello everyone. I am newbie to weight exercises. I want to lift weights to build not-so-bulky arm muscles and trim my thighs and hips. What weight exercises do you recommend? Tnx in advance for your tips.

Well start off with abs exercises to have good proportioned body. Next do bench press to exercise your chest and triceps as well. Do dumpbell cruch for your biceps and lastly do leg raiser to firm your legs thigh and but. But all of theses are my exercises that was given to me by my gym instructor. You can follow it but its better to have a professional opinion.

You must conditon your body like doing 40 push ups and 15 pull ups before going to do theses exercises:

Some good body weight exercises are:
push-ups
pull-ups
body-weight squats
sit-ups
dips

You can do 3-5 reps of theses exercises and in between sets rest for at least 5 minutes to have a good and healthy muscles.

It’s better to do more repetitions than increasing the weight. In this type of exercise plan, it helps tone your body rather than bulk it up.

Black is correct. It also gives the muscles those cuts to separate one muscle to another.
