Well...I started my Kit with the Hoodia prime 2 days ago. So far I notice no difference? I am still hungry, and I dont even notice the slightest amount of appetite supression! I did take the Ultra Prime before I worked out the other day, and I was bouncing off the walls! I couldn't fall asleep until 3 am.
Honestly, I have never found a diet pill that actually works. I am so very sceptical, all these companies just want our money!
I will continue to take it for a week or two, and give it more time.

I took mine yesterday and today and it seemed to help me a little bit today. I've taken the hoodia prime before and it didn't do much but seems to be better since I'm taking all 3. I didn't eat as much today and I did workout today with a jillian micheals dvd so will see how tomorrow goes. Have you ever tried her dvd's before?

I've tried quite a few other diet pills and nothing has worked in a long time with my appetite. So I will keep you posted.

I have not tried those videos, I think that I have heard of them? I usually just go to the gym and do classes...
I've found that it does not matter how much I work out, I will not loose weight. It's all about how much I eat.


I cannot take all those pills at once, its hard to space out.
Take one hour before, take with food, dont take more than 5 days.....Gosh!

I just started the videos and so far they are working me pretty good, Im not in the best shape but not in the worst either! lol I like to eat too and not so much the good food but I'm trying to cutting back on the junk food.

I know its hard to keep up with when to take them and when not to but I normally just take them all at once.

Can you drink hoodia if you go to the gym?

Hi all--- I just began HoodiaPrime 3 days ago and I LOVE IT!!!!
I was very skeptical after trying tons of pills and concoctions to suppress my appetite, but nothing worked so well as this product. I bought 2 bottles because I read that it runs out fast.
I am taking 2 pills before breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I can tell there's a drastic change because I just DON'T feel like eating. I have no nausea, no problems going to and staying asleep, no headaches, NO SIDE EFFECTS. I just don't want to eat. Three days ago I was stuffing my face all day, and now... nothing.

I'm typing this from work shortly after 12pm and by now I'd be starving for lunch, but nothing yet! So far this morning I had a small homemade sesame breakfast-biscuit (plain), Crystal Light, and some pistachios. I feel completely fine and have no desire to stuff myself until I'm gorged.

I received my hoodia prime and this is my 4th day taking it. I began on 5-16-09 and believe it or not guys it has really suppressed my appetite. the first day i could tell it was helping, but i wasn't sure if it was because i was so pumped or if it was really working that fast. The 2nd day it got even easier but i did get a little hungry between meals, but i didn't munch on anything. I'm now on my 4 day and i tell you guys its amazing how i'm not hungry. when i began the hoodia, i also started the special k diet and will try that along with the hoodia prime and fuca for 2 weeks. i want to see if i can loose the 6lbs from the special k diet along with some extra pounds taking hoodia prime and fuca with the k diet. I had a bowl of special k for breakfast this morning it's now 11:35am and i'm not hungry at all. I have the walk diet exercise tape and i'm walking along with the tape 2 miles in the morning before work and 2 miles in the evening after work for a total of 4 miles a day. i haven't missed a day of exercising yet. I plan to do it everyday for 2 weeks to see how much weight i could lose. i weighed myself on Saturday and i weighed in at 187lbs, i will let you know at the end of two weeks what i've lost.

I am so pumped to get started! I do have IBS (irritable bowl syndrome) and I am not sure how Hoodia Prime and Fuca will react to it? How has Hoodia Prime effect your regularity? How many days did it take for it to arrive?

i received the Hoodia in 48 hours via regular mail. My bowels have been the same for me, no having to run to the bathroom at all. Today is Friday and this is my 7th day of taking it, if you count last Saturday 5/16/09. I sit at a desk all day and I used to have the tendency to munch on chips or something all the time, i wasn't hungry but just wanted to munch on something. I started eating a small banana with my bowl of cereal a few days ago and that really keeps me from wanting to munch. You do have to stay focus and if i do get the erge to put something in my mouth, it's a piece of fruit or a few strawberries. I always eat my one meal for dinner, grilled or baked meat, salad or vegetables, i have also eaten a baked potato, or a small amount of brown rice. I have found that after 1 week of taking the hoodia and fuca, i did expect my appetite to be completely gone. Don't get me wrong, it has really suppressed my hunger and I think if i wasn't trying to do the special k diet with it for 2 weeks, i probably would feel the full affect of both the fuca and hoodia. I do know if it wasn't for those pills, there is no way i could do the special k diet, you can only eat like 3/4 cup cereal which is nothing. I will complete the 2 week special k and after that i will cut the special k diet lose, but i will definitely continue taking the hoodia prime and fuca because it does work. I will keep you posted.

well my two weeks were up yesterday, Saturday May 30th. I lost a total of 7 pounds taking the Hoodia Prime and Fuca. I was also doing the special k diet for two weeks. i walked 4 mile a day everyday and 7 pounds is what i lost. i have to admit i did expect to loose more from all the different comments i had read about Hoodia Prime. After taking the pills for 2 weeks, i can honestly say it didn't quite work the way i expected. i was never at a point that i would forget to eat or not want anything to eat. i can also honestly say that it did curb my appetite because i could not have gotten through doing 2 weeks of special k without the assistance of the pills, but i was never at a point where i didn't want anything to eat. i took the pills exactly as listed on the bottle, i drank the right amount of water and more. Hoodia Prime is not a miracle pill, but it does help curb your appetite. I had to work on not eating the foods i wanted just like any other diet. I think i will try another bottle of Hoodia Prime and Fuca because as i said it did help me to control my hunger it just didn't work the way i expected. So taking the pills and determination is what will help you to lose weight. My experience with Hoodia Prime and Fuca DID NOT make me forget to eat or not want to eat. I will keep you posted on my strive to lose weight. For the next 2 weeks, i plan on eating just grilled white meat, fish and veggies and fruit just to see if more weight will come off. Also, i was never at a point where i didn't have the erge to eat more than a regular portion of food, i had to make myself not over eat. I hope this helps some of you who are interested in trying Hoodia Prime. Also remember this is my personal and honest observation of the product, it may work differently for someone else.

Does this help disposing regularly? I have bowel problems and I want to have a diet supplement drink that can lose weight and solve my bowel problems.

It did not change my bowel movement one way or the other. it was the same.

Hi, I just started using Hoodia Prime last night. I took my first dose before I went to to bed. When I woke up this morning, I was a little bit hungry but I took my second dose and skipped breakfast. Around lunch time, I was hungry so i had a small lunch. 260 calories. I also burned 120 calories on the treadmill today. Now its dinner time, and I am not feeling hungry. I am eating some grapes though just so I don't starve myself. I'll continue to update on my progress!

Sounds to me like you might be calling from outside the USA (Canada perhaps)?

And that might also explain the reason you didn't get it, since Hoodia gets confiscated at the Canadian borders.

Nature's Biology has a link on their website for Canadian users to use, where Hoodia is shipped from their Canadian facility instead of their USA facility.

There's nothing any company can do about the customs of other countries.

Yes, I ordered from Canada using that special link on their website for Canadian Customers. So, I guess it shouldn't have been a problem. The most important issue I have right now is that their Customer Service hasn't replied yet to my emails and I don't see how can I get in touch with them otherwise. I realy don't know what to think ...

I'm so happy that I've finally got an answer from Nature's Biology ! I can't wait to get the pills!
