Can anybody here tell me all about bird flu? I know there were bird flu outbreaks in certain countries, but I just want to know where it came from, its causes, its treatments, etc.

Perhaps you are talking about the Avian influenza. It's actually a disease of the birds, which can also be contracted by humans, though human affectation is not very common. It has already resulted to a number of human deaths. Humans can contract the virus through contact with sick birds or contaminated surfaces. Common primary symptoms include cough, fever, sore throat, and muscle aches.

Bird flu is a disease that usualy infect birds such as ducks, chicken and other wild birds. Vhicken is the most frequent target of this virus and once we consume it the symptoms will be coughing, headache, sore throat and high fever. It can be fatal to us because it will lead to pnemonia.
