CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.
I would like to develop my abs but i don't have time to go to gym due to my busy schedule. Any ideas that can help me make it possible jsut spending around 15mins doing it right at home?

Its all in how you prioritize......if you really want to go...you can get up 45 minutes earlier so many days a week...
You can exercise in your own home by dvd or aerobics on tv. The bes is go walking for 1 hour a day for a exercise in your cardiovascular system and reduces calories as well.
You can do exercise by playing and dancing with the tune. That's what I'm doing everyday. This is also my way of releasing my tension and stress. In dancing, most of the parts of your body is moving. In this way you will increase your flexibility and stamina and your blood also have a good blood circulation.
Try Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. I love it! It'll make you sweat a lot and you can have ab exercises even without lying down on a mat. It's never boring and always challenging. Because of that, you'll surely make time for it.
Once you wake up in the mornign just less than 15 minutes lay down on the floor do sit ups and leg crunches for your abs and after wards do push ups for your arms and chest.
Try 15 mins one day and you will feel energized and ready for more. the next day you'll surely find time to do 20 mins then 25. I used to convince my husband to workout so he wont be as sluggish at certain times of the day. He tried it and it worked for him. Now he makes time for it despite having a busy schedule.
There are a lot of exercises you can do to have a strong and toned abdominal muscles. Like on the other post here, spend 15 minutes to do straight crunches for the upper abs, side crunches for the right/left abs and leg raiser for your lower abs. When you are only doing straight crunches, you are only targeting the upper abs.

Have you tried any of the other products offered by Shaun T? Doesn't he have like a whole regiment for weight loss as well as the abs workout?
