I am dubious of any colon cleanse product that comes in capsule form. Common sense dictates that a fiber based product (like your poopdoc.com site claims) has to have enough fiber to work, and 1 to 2 grams of fiber isn't going to do much.

Please provide the actual ingredient list off the bottle as well as the weight listed for each ingredient, or I say BAN.

Wow...I thought this was cureyourbody.com where folks can get into a forum and "share" information regarding products and therapies that they have used and either had luck with or didnt. I didnt realize it was for naysayers, who havent used the product, to voice their doubts. For your information, its not a fiber based product, its a magnesium base and oxygen is an element. I will not post the ingredients, check the website...I dont own the Company nor share in any sort of profit. I am just a consumer with IBS who tried a product and it worked. Maybe you should visit link removed , that may be better suited for you. At this website, we share information based on fact, meaning; We tried a product and it either worked or didnt. I think sphericle was looking at their FIBER link they have on their site. It is a bit confusing.

I haven't tried this product, but I did use another oxygen based cleanser called oxypowder, and it really gave me the runs. I know I wasn't the only one since I seeked out others who had tried the product with similar results.

You have IBS, so things may be different from you. I personally find fiber based cleanses to work far better.

How often are you doing your cleanse?
