Welcome to the CureYourBody health discussion forums. You're going to find a lot of friendly people in here, so don't feel weird about posting ANY questions you may have, no matter how simple or complicated.


1) Avatars - OK, so the first thing you want to do is upload an avatar for yourself. An avatar is a photo that will be associated with each post you make. It's a fun way to show off your personality. It can be anything you want. And don't worry, if you want to change it at any time, you can.

You can upload an avatar by clicking on the 'Your Control Panel' link at the top and then clicking on the 'Edit Avatar' link on the following page. Once you have done that, post a message and you should see your avatar next to your post.


2) Forum Topics - There are a LOT of forum topics here, so take a moment to familiarize yourself with them all by reading the description of each one. You'll find each subject you may want to post on has a specific place it should be posted. Posting in the right place makes it easier for the moderators of each forum.


3) Debates - Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, and we welcome debates here at the CureYourBody.com forums. However, keep abusive language off the site. Threats will not be tolerated.


4) No Spam - No posting any affiliate links to products you may be trying to sell. Our members here will sniff you out quickly and your account and IP address will be banned. This isn't a place to sell your wares. However, if you have tried a product and you really liked it, describe your experience with it. THAT is what we are looking for here.


If you haven't done so yet, take a minute to introduce yourself here in this forum. You'll make new friends and meet others that may have the same goals as yourself.
