Apart from your local cuisine, what cuisine from around the world do you love? Mine is Persian. I really love kebabs and the lot!

I love Jambalaya! (Southern American)

It's so funny because this is foreign cuisine, but this is the internet so we can't define the borders of "foreign" smile

my favorit food is "Cajun" from the southern banks of Louisiana (as my family is from this region) with foods like:
Red Beans and Rice
Jambalaya
Etoufee'
Bisque (crawfish, shrimp)
Gumbo

and my favorite being Boiled Crawfish

Outside of cajun food, i really enjoy Sushi

Exotic cuisine like Thai. This cuisine is growing in popularity, in part because of its reliance on vegetables and focus on healthy foods. The foods and spices are aromatic, Asian, and easy to enjoy. Spicy dishes can be modified to suit your tastes while retaining flavors that are not familiar in most home kitchens. Brown rice has found its way onto hip Thai restaurant menus across the country and is a great way to add more fiber to your meal.

Italian, leisurely meals of many courses, with a great melding of flavors, aromas, colors and textures. And virtually every dish, seafood, pasta, breads, soups, stews, grains is wonderfully seasoned with aromatic spices. eat

Just like Pinkblush, I also enjoy Thai food, because it is spicy and healthy at the same time, just like most Asian food. I also love Korean food, but mostly their side dishes composed of spicy vegetables. Kimchi rocks!
