Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, exhaustion, or lack of energy. You may feel mildly fatigued because of overwork, poor sleep, worry, boredom, or lack of exercise. Any illness, such as a cold or the flu, may cause fatigue, which usually goes away as the illness clears up. Most of the time, mild fatigue occurs with a health problem that will improve with home treatment and does not require a visit to a health professional.

Fatigue is a common health complaint. It is, however, one of the hardest terms to define, and a symptom of many different conditions.

Fatigue, also known as weariness, tiredness, exhaustion, or lethargy, is generally defined as a feeling of lack of energy. Fatigue is not the same as drowsiness, but the desire to sleep may accompany fatigue. Apathy is a feeling of indifference that may accompany fatigue or exist independently.

Fatigue is common. Around 20% of Americans claim to have fatigue intense enough to interfere with their having a normal life. Physical causes are estimated at 20-60%, and emotional causes are the other 40-80%. The challenge is how to tell what is causing your fatigue and whether it is serious enough to see your doctor.

Fatigue is often confused with tiredness. Tiredness happens to everyone -- it's a feeling you expect after certain activities or at the end of the day. Usually, you know why you are tired and a good night's sleep solves the problem.

Fatigue is a daily lack of energy; it is excessive whole-body tiredness not relieved by sleep. It can last for a short time (a month or less) or stay around for longer (1-6 months or longer). Fatigue can prevent you from functioning normally and gets in the way of things you enjoy or need to do.

It's very hard to live with kids. The noise won't stop,their energy level is too high and i am having a hard time keeping up. I try to find time to sleep but i still feel disturb because of to do list waiting for me. I feel tired all the time. Thanks for caring.

Ok you mean you are getting tired with house chores and looking at your kids. So you are also stressed out due to this instances. Its better to have a aroma massage to relax your body and mind.

It's natural that you feel tire especially after a long hour of work. All of do. It's because we're using our body's energy to perform our daily task. If you easily get tired then you might be lacking of energy. Energy foods can help you extend your energy for long hours of work. eat

Its the way you handle your every day routine. You must look on the food you eat and also the work you do. At home relax watch some feel good movies to ease away the tension.

I always go to the gym or to a spa once a week to remove stress and tiredness. If you have sports or recreational activities, it can relieve you from your work stress of the week and have a healthy lifestyle.

Also a very cheap way to remove stress is drinking cold water. It cools a person down plus remove stress as well.

^Do not drink cold water after any activity. It's better to drink just room temp water and it will cool you down fast. thumbs up

2. You have allergies.
3. You’re over-caffeinated.
4. You’re multi-tasking.
5. You’re anemic.
6. You have poor posture.
7. You have an underactive thyroid.
8. You have undiagnosed heart disease.
9. You’re not exercising enough.
10. You’re dehydrated.
11. You’re pre-diabetic.
12. You have sleep apnea.
