Stimulants are known to increase heart rates and blood pressure.

Exercise is already a stimulant in itself, so based on the previous comment, yeah it is kinda dangerous

Well taking stimulants is bad whenever you are goin to a strenuous exercise or a sports event. It can damege your body because you are exceeding your body's safemode. One good source of natural stimulants is garlice. Its better to eat it raw than cooking it.

Taking stimulants during a exercise can exceed the body's safe lit and might also damage permanently yourself. I eat garlic everyday. Not eating the whole garlic, because garlic boost the immune system and protects as with bacteria and viruses such as colds. I eat them in a form of a sandwhich. Take two segments of fresh garlic and crush them spreading them on a sandwich. Very tasty especially with sliced tomatoes.

I dont use stimulants before exercises or going to the gym. Stimulants push your body to the limit and side effect will be that you are overly tired the next day.

Stimulants are not advisable to take before working out or a sports event. They will only help you burst out your energy in a couple of minutes afterwards you will feel that you don't have enough energy to finish your exercises. For a natural stimulant on your body, try to do some warm up exercises before going to the gym of playing sports. Always drink water to keep you hydrated.

When I was still playing basketball, I used to eat ice cream or candy bars to pump me up. That’s very effective when playing.

You’re loading sugar to stimulate the body into an activity. You have to consider that too much sugar can be fattening.

That’s what I also do before playing sports or going to the gym. Since I don’t have any trace of diabetes in my family, I can get the sugar I want to power up before any sports activity.

I think that could mean more calories you are taking and might cause high blood sugar level.

I don’t have diabetes and plus I burn all the calories that I eat when I play sports and working out in the gym. I’m using this method for years now and I once check my blood sugar level and it’s still normal.

You don't get any nausea effects when you overload on sugar? I guess this is not a healthy way to stimulate or jumpstart the body before any sports activity.
