Whoa!!! That’s very painful. Getting a root canal is like a nightmare.

That is scary. I better stop my habit of chewing ice after I drink. I don’t want to have a root canal.

How is going? Did you decrease or cease your ice chewing habit?

Chewing ice can also cause lock jaw that’s why we have to avoid this kind of behavior.

I was doing this when I was a kid and I stop this practice when I was entering college. My friends told me it’s scrapping off the enamel of the teeth.

This also loses the strength of our teeth. Better to avoid this kind of behavior.

Enamel is the main coating of the teeth and this hold the teeth to strengthen up. Chewing hard things like ice can deteriorate enamel in the teeth.

This is quite interesting. I saw a TV show before regarding this behavior. Psychiatrist calls this as a behavior disorder.

My dentist told me not to do this thing. It can lose the enamel part of the teeth and tends to weaken in the long run.

It will cause gum injury. Better to avoid this kind of behavior and give your teeth good life.
