I recently hurt myself at work On July 23rd,, Havent been getting any cardio activity in .. I'm laid up with a leg injury.. Putting together a gym at home ...Bought a Ab machine called the Ab lounge as well as a little stepper called Lateral thigh stepper ...probably won't be using that for awhile... As well I'm going to purchase a flat and incline bench along with some weights.... What supplement can I help with the burning of carbs and picking up my metobolic rate ,that can help me along ..Trying to eat healthy...but I'm scared of gaining weight while I layed up!
