I am sure if you are reading this, there is some aspect of your body you don't like. Well, the secret is: if you answered "I like everything about the way I look," I can tell you without hesitation that you're lying.
If you're like 80 million Americans who embark on dietary programs each year, you don't start out on such an escapade for no reason. Unfortunately, there is merely a 2% compliance rate with any one such plan and for those that do stay on the plan to see success, 95+% will regain any weight they lose within 5 years. Worse, 1/3 to 1/2 of them will actually regain MORE weight than they lost, in danger of "yo-yoing" from one popular diet to another.
With obesity on the continual rise, one thing we can say is that all of our efforts to ward it off can merely be summed up in one word: stupid, or, if done appropriately with a little guidance, the ideal preventative medicine. Subjects within this large category of preventative medicine include, but are not limited to any of the following:
[1] Weight-Loss: Fasting, Appetite Suppressants, Exercise, Thermogenics, etc…
[2] Weight-Gain: Bulking, Mass-Attainment, Exercise, etc…
[3] Misc: Fatigue, Energy, Diet, Low Carb, Atkins, Ketogenic, etc...
