Dude where are your fat recommendations (you know mono and poly)? Protein? All I see in your recommendation (of what the experts say)is a bunch of carbs .........
Don't trust the slogans or the ad campaign. Look closely at the labels and try and research if these actually can help you in whatever regimen you are doing
In dieting its not lowering down your carb diet is the solution. you need to execise as well to complement the diet. Try these exercises like walking, swimming, and riding a bike.

You must also eat the low carb bars in moderation because some of the nutrients there are artificial. It might cause liver and kidney problems in the long run. You can try natural by eating tuna or boil some eggs and eat the white part for protein.
