Humor therapy is becoming widely accepted as a tool for reducing stress and boosting the body's immune system? Has anyone tried it?

Personally, it feels good to watch comedy shows and movies but i heard in the news that there is a program that focuses on just laughing and getting healthy. I don't think it's available in my area, i am just curious about all the positive results of those who had experience the therapy themselves.

What a nice title to name the post. Or it should have been "laugher is the best medicine." smile

I haven't read any valuable scientific literature yet, but from what I gathered, humor therapy has been proven (citation please) to help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, reduce endorphin (the happy hormone), boost the immune system, among others.

Laugther is a theraphy that also boost the immune system of the body. Because it has interferon that helps boost the immune system. Be happy can be heatlthy.
