Ask the Herbalist for natural remedy, if there is any. When my husband was confined to a hospital because of very low levels of platelets or people with bleeding disorders, it may need to have transfusions of platelets to prevent excessive bleeding. Platelets (thrombocytes) are the smallest type of blood cell. They are important in blood clotting. When bleeding occurs, the platelets swell, clump together, and form a sticky plug that helps stop the bleeding.

If there are too few platelets, uncontrolled bleeding may be a problem. Low platelet values can occur in pregnancy or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and other conditions that affect how platelets are made or that destroy platelets. A large spleen can lower the platelet count.

There are some proven ways to increase the platelet and repleniish them. You can eat Beetroot and spinach in any form weather you juice them or not, fish like salmon, and supplements such as B12 and zinc

Blood paltelet occurs when tere is abnormality on your blood cell. Sometimes its so high and sometimes it is low. But if your white blood cell is too low then there is a problem on your blood cells. Its better to consult a doctor for immdiate help.

It doesn't matter at all. Low platelet means that you have low white cell particles on your blood and it doesn't prove that you can get low blood pressure.

The sign would be frequent fainting and nausea. Low platelet count also leads to anemia.

They can also be good but it’s still best to eat the natural one. The vegetable itself has an unpleasant taste but they are good for the blood.

I have learned that eating pork liver can also be a good supplement for people who have low platelet count. My doctor’s warned me to limit my consumption of pork liver and might cause gout problems.

Not only gout problems but it will also increase the uric acid content. Just eat bitter melon veggies and drink lots of water so that it will help for increasing low platelet count
