Learn better ways to manage your time. You may get more done if you make a schedule. Think about which things are most important, and do those first. Find better ways to cope. Look at how you have been dealing with stress. Be honest about what works and what does not. Think about other things that might work better. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Do not smoke. Limit how much alcohol you drink. Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting to worry, try to stop the thoughts. Work on letting go of things you cannot change. Learn to say "no."

One thing that has always worked for me is to take an hour or two away from what's pressuring you and do something that relaxes you, for example, take a walk, watch a movie, read a book, exercise, listen to music. Whatever helps you relax

Whenever I am in a tricky situation where the chances of losing balance are greater, I immediately switch my mind to a happy event of my life. Well, you may call it day dreaming or whatever, it reduces my tension considerably. In the morning and evening, I do meditation which helps maintain my balance.

A simple advice: plan or write down all the necessary things that you need to finish or submit. When a person is disorganized, he tends to be more under pressure at work. They usually panic and don’t know what their priorities are.

This is hard maintaining focus while you under pressure. I think you need to separate your personal and business life. This could be a start.

I always drink a glass of water and take 3 deep breaths. This works well and you can try this.
