I recently lost a lot of weight and because of that, I developed flabby arms. I don't think I'm strong enough to lift weights and firm them up. Any suggestions?

You need to tone up your muscles, so if you can't lift weights, start with dumb bells. Normally, if you lose weight the right way, your arms wouldnt look flabby. Did you have surgery done?

Try push up,pull up,bicep curl and tricep dips to develop beautifully toned arms and upper body strength.

How do I get rid of flabby arms? Is weight training the only alternative?

Here's a simple exercise you can do, but yeah, it involves lifting some weights. I think that's the only way, as far as I know
Sit in a chair, toward the front. Your feet should be flat on the floor, spaced apart so that they are even with your shoulders.
Hold a weight in your left hand, a small, five-pound one will do (it’s not the weight, but the repetitions that count), and raise your left arm all the way up, so that it's pointing toward the ceiling, palm facing in. Support your left arm by holding it just below the elbow with your right hand.
Slowly bend your left arm so that the weight in your left hand now rests behind your left shoulder. Take 3 seconds to straighten your left arm so that it's pointing toward the ceiling again. Hold the position for 1 second.
Take 3 seconds to lower the weight back to your shoulder by bending your elbow. Keep supporting your left arm with your right hand throughout the exercise.
Pause, and then repeat the bending and straightening until you have done the exercise 8 to 15 times with your left arm.
Reverse positions and repeat 8 to 15 times with your right arm.
Rest; then repeat another set of 8 to 15 repetitions on each side.
Do three sets in a session.

You can laso do exercises to tone your flabby arms without using weight. You can use palstic water bottles as your weights in doing arm exercises. A great substitute for weights and also very cheap. Good luck.

My arams were flabby as well and I found out to my gym instructor if you dont have time to go to the gym you can do bed push ups every morning. Its a best exercise to tone those flabby arms.

Well for a flabby and loose skin arms you can try to exercise the biceps and triceps of your body. Those body saggin arm mostly located in your triceps. So for home you can grab 2 water bottles fill them with water and they will be cosidered your weight. Its cheap and very economical.

This actually works. My sister works in a convalescent home and these are the exercises thay have them to do. For those that are unable to lift two - five pound weights they used 20 oz bottled water. Same result...

The key muscles that you have to work on to remove flabby arms are triceps and biceps. You can search in the internet for some exercises for these mucles.

Does stretching alone can remove excess fats on your arms?

You must also do exercises to remove excess fats on your arms. Stretching only relaxes your muscles after work or exercise.

You need stretching to have your muscles to easily contract when exercising. It’s best to stretch before and after you exercise to warm up and relax our muscles.
