CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.
I just read the Body Prime and I had a question. Well more of a concern.
I am perhaps the pickiest eater alive. Would it be possible to list alternatives for the descriminating eater? Like for example I am not too keen on many vegetables...what would be something I could supplement for that say go to GNC or some other supplement store and take instead. The lean meats I am good on but a lot of veggies...never have been with it. Please help.

No vegetables? Surely you eat some kind of vegetables in your daily diet. List them?
Are you willing to eat vegetables you dont like to make the program work?

Hey Dave,
I can certainly appreciate your concern and empathize for sure.
The use of vegetables takes advantage of the trick of volumetrics while accounting for micronutrient (i.e. - vitamins/minerals) needs.
What are volumetrics? The fact that you can eat a lot; get fiber for regularity, and feel more satisfied at the end of the day due to the quantity of what you are eating.
NO - eating something is NOT the same as drinking it as your body requires the process of chewing to accomplish digestion processes. The "superfoods" category is a glorified multi-vitamin and none of them presently on the market foot the bill either.
There are quite a few vegetable options I offer, but I also don't want those reading along who have yet to read BodyPRIME, to assume that the plan revolves around vegetable intake either - quite the opposite is probably moreso true.
Perhaps some non-calorie sweeteners may make it more pallative?
Actually V-8 is disguised as a "good" diet choice, but it leaves much to be desired.
The low-sodium variety is better, however, we still have the same issues with solids vs. liquids (#1) and have issues with satiety production in many instances as well. Fortunately, from your screenname, I will assume you are minimally using Hoodia. Well, ok, I am partial to HoodiaPRIME, but if so, it may at least accomplish the satiety offering.
Well foods rich in protein, potassium, fiber and low carbs are the foods needed when going on a diet. Are these foods also applicable with body prime diet?
Eat foods that are low in cholesterol and high in fiber and protein. If you are dieting, it’s better to eat food rich in fiber to remove all toxins out and proteins for building healthy muscles.
I agree with you Robert. Food that are rich in fiber have a good source of removing all the cholesterol and fats. This is a natural way of detoxification.
