A few years back, I tried the 7-day diet thing and I lost around 5 lbs in a week. I'm considering taking it again since it was the only diet that worked for me. So was it a fluke or does it actually work?

If it works for you and you want to try it again why do you still have doubts? Is it because it's short term? maintainance problem? Or you wonder if it's safe? No diet fits all. What works for you may not work for me, so choose a diet you can follow and stick with it.

Sounds like something along the lines of the Cabbage Soup Diet which is done for 7 days. You lose weight but it just comes back after. I would just try and eat a healthy diet and do regular exercise.

Once we get in to dieting we also needs some exercise to tone our muscles. But good to hear about this 7 day diet plan. Could you extract those foods included in this diet.

If you've done it before and there's a positive result then go for it. You just need proper mental and physical conditioning before you start.

I understand it's all natural but would there be any side effects after the 7 days program?

I think like all the other diet programs, you may regain weight after the 7 days program depending on your apetite after the program.

I agree with prettyangel, weight gain is always a side effect. I tried this (and several other diet fads) and nothing has worked so far because sooner or later you have to stop, and when you stop, that's when you gain all the weight you lost

Diets should not be super hard and super short. It should not be done for just 7 days. It should be a lifestyle.

Surely, we already know what's good and bad for our body but we can't be perfect...so take more of the good and take as little as possible of the bad.

There are no 7 day diet plan because losing weight takes time and discipline and not for them to take it faster. You must eat healthy foods low in carb fat and high in protein. Also exercise regularly which is the key in losing and shreding weights.
