There aren't actually many secrets. Like it or not, exercise and fitness are a part of any weight controlled lifestyle.
Oprah worked closely with personal trainer Bob Greene and Oprah eats no refined carbs. That's just a small piece to the puzzle. The diet follows the general principles of; increased lean protein, moderate healthy fats, and reduced refined carbs.

I don't think Oprah should be a role model. Her weight s constantly fluctuating.

Oprah, by her own admission, has tried everything.She tried the Atkins diet, she tried diet pills. She tried the Scarsdale diet, the banana, hot dog and egg diet. She tried a 1,000 calorie a day diet. She tried Weight Watchers, Diet Work Shop and Diet Center. She tried Nutri-System.

So there you go. Matter of time probably before she puts it back on though.

Regular exercise does it and patience. Because if you're not patient enough, you'll surely get depressed when you don't see results right away. It's not also bad to be open to weight loss pills. Just examine and research the ingredients. Make sure there are no unsafe ingredients.

Do you mean the Vegan Diet?

Vegan diet is a 21-day detoxification diet. No sugar, no meat, no alcohol, no starch - just fruits and veggies.

Part of ophra's weight loss secret is drinking OOLONG tea or wu-long tea. But I have read that there is no effects in weight loss in drinking these type of tea.

I've been drinking oolong tea for years already. It doesn't have any effect on weight loss (or gain). The only good thing about it is that it replaces unhealthy drinks, like soda.

Try to drink green and red tea. These are really good in losing weight and removing bad cholesterol.

I think she didn’t eat food that high in fat, cholesterol and carbohydrate. She really did lose a lot of pounds.

Oprah really took a lot of diet programs and pills to lose weight. I’m not amaze with her diet style it’s like trying it all and if doesn’t work change to another program.
