hemophilia is a bleeding disorder in this the clotting is more,after any injury oozing of blood stops or clots for a long period it is due to some deficency of some clotting factors
its of 2 types hemophilia A & hemophilia B

Yes, there is actually a Hemophilia C (aka "Christmas Disease") also characterized.



One of the prominent features you have left out is the hereditary nature of the disease states though but I appreciate your taking the time for a definition.

There is no cure for hemophilia but the common treatment is involve of slow injection of hormone desmopressin to stimulate the release of own clotting and top stop the bleeding. A plasma infusion is also the best treatment for Hemophilia C.

A distant relative has Hemophilia A. She takes Factor VIII when she is hurt. Are there natural alternatives for this? I know it’s genetic but can it be controlled by diet or supplements?

Hemophillia is a genetic disorder. Symptoms of these disorde are bruising, prolonged bleeding and in some cases can lead to death. Theare 2 factors or classifications of hemophillia Factor 8 ( hemophilia A) or Factor 9 (hemophilia b). The most common one is facto 8. Treatment is only needed are for surgery and injury.

the treatment of patients that ha hemophilia depends on the severness. If it is mild they can take mediations before they undergo a surgery. But if its a chornic one they ahve to take medications 3 times a week. regadless if they bleed or not.

Yes, this could be a hereditary disease. It depends on the genetic structure of your race almost 5 out of 10 patients of this disease has a family background of this illness.
