Yes, because certain vitamins and minerals run down more easily as we age, like Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, and calcium.

You should only take the normal doses though, because some people think that older people should take the maximum or minimum doses. And also, check with your doctor about the supplements you plan on taking.

There are products out in the market what they call vitamin enriched water. Ah drinking this kind of water can be substitute in taking vitamins?

As far as I have known bacteria helps us digest our foods in our stomach. The vits that produced them Is B12. We could find B12 vits through vegetables. If you lack B12 in your body try to drink supplement that has B12. Our body needs 10mg of B12 per day.

Vitamins suplement sreally helps people in aging. For them they need much more in cacium for their bones, vit c to boost the immune system and vit b12 for producing good bacteria to fight parasites in our body.
