Is memory loss always part of aging? How much loss is considered normal?

Some memory loss is a part of aging, since there are less brain cells and chemicals for these cells to function properly. It's normal to forget some parts of recent events, names of certain people, or misplaced objects. What's not normal is forgetting things that you used to know before, like the names of simple objects, following directions, and the like. That's more of like dementia.

Is there a certain age at which point the acceleration of memory loss really drops off? I would assume that as people enter their 30's, life's hecticness catches up to them (careers, kids, marriage, etc.) and the grey matter upstairs (our hard drive) starts to fill up quickly. Anybody know?

Yes they do are food to prevent memory loss. In a recent study that when peanuts are boiled rather than roasted produce more anti oxidants that can cure cancer, hearth disease and other chronic conditons not only for memory loss.

It really depends on theperson who has memory loss. Some will go and store info but doesnt really know why they are storing it. memory loss can be intermittent.

It really depends on what type of sickness or illness causing memory loss. When it is a chronic one these could be like alzeimers because until now there are no known cure for it. Other like non-cronic is amnesia which can be treated with theraphy sessions.

I gave Ensure to my father this milk product for an elderly person. It really works my father was as active as he was before on his 40’s.
