Hello Dr. Hauser. I do regularly ride my bicycle (at least 3 times a week for 1 hour) and I used to swim in the past. Yet when I got to play a basketball with my smoking friends in a friend's garden I got extremely tired, in very little time. My heart pained me, and I just got unfit for the game. My friends laughed at me, Ms. 'don't eat that'. How could this happen?

Has anyone tried asking Dr. Hauser before? I'm not getting a reply :(
Some people suggested I got that much tired because I'm not used to that sport. I'm used to swimming. What do you think of that?

While Dr. Houser is still busy can i ask you something? Are you a smoker like your friends or not? You mention when you play basketball with your friends who smokes, you get tired, isn't it because of secondhand smoke in your environment which makes you uncomfortable resulting to tiredness? Personally, i get dizzy with secondhand smoke and if i can't get fresh air right away i vomit. yuck no offense, i just want to understand your situation better.

Yes, fish is a healthy food compared to pork or beef. When they are fried, the nutrient of the fish deteriorates. It is still best to grill or use canola or olive oil to fry them.
