CureYourBody.com is excited to announce the launch of
its new forums. The next several months will be critical to setting up the
forums the way you want them to be. So
if you feel we should add more categories or sub forums, please let us know.
We'll add sub forums on our own as well, if we feel a
large number of posts are being made on a specific topic. For example, "Colon Cleansing" was added as a sub forum to the Gastroenterology forum since there seems
to be a lot of posts for that specific subject.
The only real way to achieve permanent weight loss is through change. You can't stay on diet pills forever - after you lose weight and stop taking the pills, the fat comes right back. You need to change your lifestyle, eating habits and exercise routine.
I also do not think just popping diet pills, without making any effort to reduce your calorie intake or participating in some physical activity, is ever going to work no matter what the claims. In that case, losing weight would never be a problem.
Most diet pills are appetite suppresants and work by making your body believe that it does not need the food. Another kind of pills are the fat absorbtion inhibitors that as the name says stops your body from absorbing the fat from your food.
As in most medications, there are side effects to diet pills as well, and I would think that unless you have a very high BMI, do not try diet pills.
It's more than likely not the amount of food you are eating, but more importantly the content and frequency. Diet pills and weight suppressants may help to temporarily decrease how much you eat during the day, but that will change as soon as you are off them again. They can also lead to a decrease in your metabolism and thus more weight gain.
There's a reason why many of them are not FDA approved. Be careful what you put in your body. You could end up doing more harm than good. Your best bet is always to exercise and eat well.
I used to take diet pills years ago, and had some success with them, but I stopped taking them when some of the ones on the market were linked to medical problems. It scared me enough to keep me away. Now I just exercise and tried to watch what I eat.
I do think diet pills work, but you have to take them under guidance so you are aware of the risks; take them if you think the benefits outweigh the risks.
There are some diet pills which are proven effective but some are not and has side effect. You must be careful in choosing diet pills, because you’ll never know what will be the effect to your body. Loosing weight is just a matter of discipline, if you have discipline you can do that even without taking diet pills.
My friend tried to use diet pills because she’s very eager in loosing weight but instead of getting thin, she experienced difficulty in breathing, always feel dizzy and experienced continues vaginal spotting. So I advised her to follow proper diet and exercise instead for her safety.
Diet pills seems not effective unless you change your eating habit and getting exercises to supprot your diet plan. It may also cause some side effects along the way.

Diet pills can also help you lose those extra pounds in our body. Try to get a diet pills and check if they have side effects. You still need to exercise once you are taking diet pills and eat healthy food and avoid eating too much carbohydrates.
The side effects of diets pills are palpitating, kidney disfunction and liver disfunction. Most of the contents of diet pills are artificial, so in choosing diet pills, go for all-natural like hoodia.
Yes, it is. Fat burners are considered diet pills because they help you lose weight. Before trying fat burners, better consult a doctor. This might be not be the suitable pill for you if you have heart issues.
I was really fascinated with was the Bangkok pills. This was the fad before and some celebrities even used this. It was researched by the US FDA and it has a side effect and was finally banned for good.
Yes, I heard that pill and it really helps other people to lose weight. Due to its popularity some side effects have blossomed out and that’s why it was banned from use.
I have read this article about Bangkok pills way back 3-4 years ago on a magazine. It was a very effective weight loss pill originated from Bangkok but when US FDA examined the drug it was giving lots of side effects that are bad for our health.
