need advice on my workout

I admit that I didn't go to the gym to have someone instruct me or prepare a workout plan for me. So I just researched on what workouts to do to help me get fit and also toned in different areas of my body.

Please see below what I do and please share your opinion if I'm doing the right thing or if I should change something. I basically want to trim some flabby areas esp my hips butt and thighs and tone my arms, back, and again the hips butt and thighs.

Strength training - 35 mins
Arms
Back
Chest
Quads
Hamstrings

Running - 25 mins

Floor exercises - 30 mins
Abwork
Abductors
Adductors
Hips
Butt

On some days, I just do cardio, and on some days I follow Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video (strength training, cardio, and abwork) but I do the routine above twice a week.

By the way I work out 6 days a week. The routine above is twice a week...oh I already said that, sorry!

Your working out 6 days a week so there is only 1 day of rest but that is not a healthy way to exercise. What are your plans to lose weight or build muscles?
