I read an article that says unhappy people choose to watch more TV than to socialize. Do you agree? What if your personality is just not outgoing but you're very happy having your series marathons and watching a lot of your favorite shows?

Well for me I love watching tv but not to the point that i will not go out and socialize. Its not my personality. I respect people about their personality. If they are happy and loves watching tv rather to go out its fine for me.

Yes it is one sign of being depressed. People who watch tv to buy sometime and forget what they have been encountering. But watching tv is not a treatment or theraphy in depression.

I love series marathons too like House and Prison Break. I'm not sure if it's a sign of depression although I did have moments of depression.
