Yup, I am a cleansing addict.  Ever since doing them, my life has changed for the better.  I no longer get sick, and I attribute it all to cleansing.  In fact, in my opinion, (even though it is a gross subject) colon cleansing is probably one of the healthiest things I have ever done.  Really!

FYI, I personally cleanse about 4 times per year.  Everybody always asks, so there it is.

So... What Internal Cleanse Product Do I Use?

Seeing that everyone has been pretty candid w/ their inputs, I have a question to anyone out there. Does it make you "run" to the toilet? My big fear is I will be at work and have to run down the hallway! Literally!!!

For how long do you take this product... The site says 90 days....???? isn't that a bit extreme???... What about the flora pills which are not included but recommended.??

Aliban, you don't have to worry about being close to any bathroom. DrFloras colon cleanse will make you regular and you'll likely go to the bathroom once or twice per day, but they will be the same time each day, and unlike diarrhea that you get from other cleanses, you won't have that feeling and control when and where you go just like you can now.

John, I think you have DrFloras confused with another product. The cleanse only lasts 15 days, and then you can do the parasite defense which is another 15 days, and finally if you do the probiotics, that is 30 days. Total is 60 days. I would agree with you that 90 days of straight cleansing is too much, and in my opinion, companies that recommend that typically are more interested in your money than your health.

No, I have never had stomach or abdominal cramps from using DrFloras. I have had severe cramps from using products that liquify your waste through oxygenation. Those products not only hurt, but you MUST be close to a bathroom at all times, and you should carry a spare change of underwear just in case. You don't have that issue with products that use Psyllimax in them.

Deborah, I agree with you. My friend just recently commented that she thought $157 was expensive for the DrFloras Ultimate Kit. I then explained to her that the Ultimate Kit is a 60 day program, and the cost breaks down to less than $2.70 per day, the amount she was spending every day on Sodas at the office, and she would feel 10X better after the cleanse than she did when she started it. Seriously, $2.70 per day for 60 days? It's a no-brainer, right? DrFloras is the best and least expensive brand you can buy that ACTUALLY works.

You mentioned that if a product comes in pill formula, you shouldn't trust it. But the Dr. Floras formula comes in a combination of a powder and pills. eatriz, I mentioned that if the main cleansing product came in pills you shouldn't trust it. The products that come in capsule form from DrFloras are not the cleansing products. The colon cleanse product by DrFloras is a powder you mix into your drink. As for your question about the other products, I would recommend you get everything that comes in the Ultimate Kit. I have not tried the colon cleanse without the cleans support capsules, but you could certainly try. The DrFloras site claims their were designed to be used together.

Oxygen based products do the body good. Open your eyes and shut your mouth long enough to try the oxygen based products.

I use oxypowder all the time it promotes my body to go on its own. It cleanses me out when I eat things I should not eat and I don't have to drown myself in water

I have used oxygen based products before (two different brands.) I know what they do to me and others who have written in. Ask anybody who has taken an oxygen based product, and they will all tell you they have diarrhea when using the product. However, those proponents of oxygen cleanses will tell you it's not diarrhea, no-no-no... that the liquid stools are just the bad stuff being liquified. Huh? Liquid stools to me is diarrhea -- either way, you're cramped, passing gas all day, and running to the bathroom at work all day when you thought you passed gas but instead something squirted out -- NO Thank You!

What happens if, like me, a person is always constipated due to a side affect of a medication? The meds I take slows down peristalsis to a crawl. (FYI if you don't know: peristalsis is the wave like motion of the intestines that move waste matter thru the GI tract.) This is very problematic for me as I have to take a laxative to go at all. How could colon cleansing work for me if I have no or very slow peristalsis?

MaggieD, a lot of laxatives are addictive to your digestive tract, and when you get off them, you become constipated because your system doesn't want to work without the laxatives. It is for this reason that I always stay away from anything that has Senna in it. Do any of the things you have or are using contain Senna? I have read messages sent to me by people who claimed they have become regular for the first time in their life after using DrFloras products. What do you have to lose? Not much. And you have a lot to gain. If it doesn't work for you, send it back for a refund.

Dee, I would do the cleanse and then take your Acai berry products afterwards. Remember that if your colon is fouled up like most people's, then you may only be absorbing part of the nutrients you take in, and this would include your Acai Berry product. After the DrFloras cleanse, your system should be running at peak efficiency, and the Acai you take will be readily absorbed into your system, making it far more effective than if you had a fouled up colon. This applies to all food and supplements!

WOW is all I can say!! I am 29 yrs old and had a baby about 15 months ago and I weigh the exact same now (tying to eat better, cutting out candy and pop) as I did when I went to the delivery room! Ann51, there are no pills -- the support products come in vegi capsules and are easy to swallow. The main colon cleanse product is a powder you scoop out and mix into your drink. Very easy and convenient. There is no tea to steep or anything else that takes a long while. Easy, Easy!

First, it is fantastic that I can earn a living helping others with their health. That is what I get out of it.

Next, let's put the mucoid plaque part aside for the moment. Regardless of what people believe about mucoid plaque, there are millions of people that have cleansed and felt so much better after wards. Many people have been suffering from some form of ailment for years, and those symptoms often go away after cleansing.

People have claimed to no longer get ill after purifying their body through cleansing, or they notice immediate improvements in memory, in their skin, in their focus, etc. The ability to have deep, restful sleep is restored in many people who constantly wake up tired and exhausted, day-after-day.

So yes, there are those people that don't cleanse and will be against it, and then there are those that have cleansed and KNOW how their lives have improved after wards.

Isn't it a no-brainer though? I mean, if the DrFloras Cleansing Kit doesn't work for you, send it back and get your money refunded (you have one year to do this!)

Internal Cleanse - 15 days
Parasite Cleanse - 15 days
Probiotic Replenishment - 30 days.

You do one after the other, so it lasts 60 days. You can take the cleanse and the parasite defense at the same time, but some people might get gassy or feel stomach discomfort. If not, you can shave 15 days.

For any of you who are still on the fence about wether or not to try it...I strongly encourage you to.

This is my day 10 and I am feeling great!!!

I too was skeptical, but I took a chance and tried and boy am I glad I did. I just today passed the infamous mucoid plaque...never usually get excited about my bowel movements...but this was another great way of seeing the product is working!

I am sleeping better too. I didn't realize that the waste in my body would have anything to do with that! I also feel like I have more energy...that is a huge plus!

So, I would tell everybody to try it. I am already thinking about how often I am going to want to go through the cleanse. I do not want to let all of that junk build up in there again.

KC, this has been answered here. The photos of mucoid plaque you see look larger than they really are (they are zoomed in.) There's no discomfort, no clogging of toilets! HAHA.

Most people never have any kind of stomach ache from what I have heard, and the DrFloras cleanse will get your body into a regular mode where you're going to the bathroom once or twice per day, but at regular time intervals, so you will be able to control this yourself, and not have IT control you, like oxygen based cleanses force you into.

I tried the master cleanser by Burroughs but have not experienced what the pictures have shown. I am in my 6th day and fed up with not getting a good cleanse fasting!!!! Did I undestand correctly that this product can be taken WITH FOOD and still see results in 4 or so days???
